Good morning and welcome to another weekly round-up of the motor trade headlines you really can’t miss.

This week there’s been more insight into Cazoo’s collapse – and the eye watering bills it has clocked up with its administrators. Shockingly, the failed used car dealer still owes creditors more than £259m, including nearly £10m to the tax man.

Elsewhere, I’ve been playing around with used car valuations platform Percayso and have been impressed by its results and we’ve named and shamed the best car makers to represent – I’m still shocked Ford languished at the bottom.

Also featured this week are:

  • Chinese brand survey

  • Used car market predictions

  • Vertu trading update

  • Leapmotor’s pop-up store stunt

  • JLR plant fire

  • Hottest new EVs

  • Waddell back in headlines

  • Citroen’s don’t drive warning

  • Arnold Clark gift

Ok, let’s get into the headlines and my take on the week’s news.
